Payment is required according to the agreed schedule outlined in your project proposal. Our standard payment structure is: • 50% deposit required to begin work on your project • 50% final payment due upon project completion and delivery • Monthly maintenance fees (if applicable) are billed in advance • Late payments may result in project delays or temporary suspension of services • All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
Upon full payment of all fees, you will own the complete rights to your website content, custom design elements, and any original content we create for your project. However, we retain the right to: • Showcase your completed project in our portfolio • Use your project for marketing and promotional purposes • Reference our work on your site for business development • Maintain copies for our records and quality assurance
All packages include a specified number of revisions as outlined in your service agreement: • Starter Package: Up to 2 rounds of revisions • Professional Package: Up to 3 rounds of revisions • Premium Package: Up to 5 rounds of revisions • Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges • We aim to accommodate all reasonable requests within the project timeline • Major scope changes may require a new project agreement
We provide comprehensive ongoing support as outlined in your service agreement: • All packages include 3 months of free technical support • Support includes bug fixes, security updates, and technical assistance • Content updates and minor changes are included during the support period • Major design changes or new features may require additional fees • 24/7 emergency support available for critical issues • Detailed documentation and training provided for content management
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We provide our services "as is" and make no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in your service agreement. We are not responsible for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Loss of business, profits, or data • Third-party integrations or services • Issues arising from client-provided content or materials • Damages resulting from misuse of the delivered website
